This is fish 3 of 6 today! He was the slam and fish of the day! I got this fish in fast water holding the spinner in the current on this redd. I had it in the water for a few seconds but the fish did not try to bite. But I kept holding it in that spot about a foot in front of him. Then out of nowhere this fish slams my Mepps. I set the hook, got a great hookset. He put up a good fight. He was very mad once he was hooked. Got him in for a photo. This fish sure was pretty and plump. Did not think he would bite, but he sure did. Was the best catch of the day!
