Another evening of fishing Stairway to Nowhere. The weeds were up so we located the channel and setup a good drift. I tried a little faster retrieve and boom, this one hit and went for a run. I reeled, the fish ran, I reeled, the fish ran but in the end, I reeled and into the net and then the boat the fish went. Mepps are the best and only bait we catch trophy's with. I'm not sure why anyone would ever switch
