It was hot and only 4 follows on some weed flats. Finally hooked this 47 incher and it kicked as it came close to the craddle and the hook got snagged, reached down and grabbed fish in the gills and was able to take picture and had a safe release. Thanks to Mepps durable hooks fish was boated.
