Well into a 12 day float down the Mighty Missouri Rver, we stopped early for the night due to a pending lightning storm. After watching this back eddy from the tent window during the storm I was anxious to try it once the weather cleared. I'd just cast when my eye caught another, more perfect honey-hole, causing me to reel in quickly to reposition my Thunder bug. The lure had broken the surface of the water and was a full 10.
