Okay, so my buddy Carlos calls me and asks me if I wanna go fishing..I said why not I never turn down an oppotunity to fish... so we arrive 2 the lake and there were plentiful number of people fishing..this day felt special..I brought along my lightning rod and new baitcasting reel...my buddy Carlos had caught a blugill but you can so it was a quick release..( he didnt get to touch the fish cause as soon as he raised his rod it flopped off the hook)..so like I was saying, I was bummed that I didnt catch anything when all of a sudden I feel like I caught a snag..the funny thing about it was that it was pulling back so I started reeling and then a pike started floppin on the water..it was estatic I caught it...(I didnt hurt that that was the first fish on that rod and reel)
