After catching about 5 or so smaller bass throughout the evening, when the fish struck I knew I had something pretty good. She started pulling the line right off the reel taking my #4 Charteuse Aglia Dressed Treble for a view of the lake it had not yet seen. As I finally started to get the fish closer to my 12 foot aluminum boat, she took off again pulling the line clear under the boat to the otherside. A few moments later I was able to net this nice fish.
