While the kids were in school, my fiance and I took advantage of some free time and went river fishing. In the past I have caught many different sizes of smallmouth & largemouth bass within a variety of rivers and lakes but never on a Mepps lure. So on this particular day, we decided to use the Mepps lure and I caught a keeper, it was pretty cool.
