I got this fish holding the spinner in the current in a deep pool. This fish hit hard putting up a great fight. I almost lost the fish but my leader held out. This fish took me upstream into a log jam. The fish wrapped me around a small branch but the branch broke off. Also I was wrapped around a log. Lucky for me, I let out some slack line and got the line out from the log. Plus the fish stopped, thinking it got away. The fish was not happy once he found out I still had him. Shortly after that, I brought the fish in. Fun catch to start the morning with.
