I wanted to fish some new places. So my friends and I decided to take a drive up to The Milwaukee River to go for steelhead & browns. I've never fished Wisconsin for salmon & trout. The bad thing was the river was blown out because of the rain. But I found a deep hole above the falls. We saw a few wakes. So I took a cast. As I as getting the spinner close. I felt something to try to hit twice. Right before I got the spinner in I get a nice hit. I set the hook thinking I hooked a brown. But instead it was this nice Walleye. You never know what you are gonna catch at The Milwaukee River. Good times!
