I was fishing the redds looking for a few early fish. I found this hen sitting by herself. As soon as she saw me she took off in the fast water right next to the redd. So I put my Mepps in holding the spinner in the current. Shortly after she came up and nailed the spinner hard. I set the hook and she jumped for me once. Got her in. She was hooked really good. I broke 2 of the hooks while taking the spinner out. Good times!
