Earlier in the day, I almost had a giant largemouth strike this Mepps lure caused. As I was pulling the lure out of the water, I saw a huge mouth chomp the water just as I lifted it out. I moved to a different spot hoping to try my luck there and in two casts STRIKE!!! The fish was a fighter. It moved left, it moved right, I let it work itself out and pulled the fish out.
