Took the afternoon off from work to go wade the Fox River near Batavia, Illinois. The fishing was not going well with a cold front and rain and high winds. Pretty much was turning out to be a tough day as nothing was working, until I tied on my Mepps Aglia #4 and got this nice river smallmouth. I always have it with me, and it saved me from getting skunked!
