I travelled with a group of 8 from Guernsey UK, Australia, South Africa to Tafika, Lower Zambezi,Zimbabwe. We caught in excess of 700lb of tigerfish in a week. The story of the week was that spinners outfished bait much against expectations. The two of us who used spinners exclusively caught 259 lb between us. The biggest was 19lb(possibly a record for pure caught on that section of the river) with several double figure fish taken on Mepps Aglia Long #4 red. Our only problem was trying to hide our remaining lures from the rest of the group!!
