I saw this buck spawning with a hen. I kept trying but he would not bite. Then I casted a few times behind the fish and would reel it right over his head. Then I'd let it drop and touch him and then reel a bit more. When I did that this fish got mad and chased my spinner. After a few more tries he finally came up and nailed my Mepps!
