I was walking the water near a cut when I saw some wakes coming my way. I stopped got out my Mepps. Took a cast at a beat up buck but he kept on moving upstream. So I walked a bit down more into this cut and saw another beat up fish. I took a cast at it and then another buck came up out of nowhere and nails my Mepps instead of the fish I was targeting. This fish fought good. Ran me downstream before I could turn him around and get him in. Fun Halloween catch!
