Mild morning with no wind at all, so decided to go to Lake Barrington about 10-15 minutes from home and have a spin for Atlantic Salmon that had been put into the lake a few days earlier. Using a 9ft spinning rod and a #3 silver blade Mepps Comet with red dots I managed to catch these two nice Atlantic Salmon from the shore. The biggest one going 2.7kgs and the smaller one 1.8kgs. I was lucky enough to get these in the first 45mins of fishing.
