Light drizzle and humid conditions made it perfect for a stint if river fishing so I went and had a couple of hours wading the Minnow River. Using a Mepps #00 gold Aglia, I had a reasonble morning in catching 6 browns and lost 4 others as well. The fish in this river are much darker in colour due to the tannin in the river. Most fish taken were all in very good condition and were all caught on the Aglia Gold.
