I had already caught a bunch of Largemouth Bass and Pickerel in the early morning in shallow water, but the sun was getting higher in the sky. I went to a point adjacent to deep water and tied on a # 3 Comet Mino. I casted across where the drop-off was located and Bang!!! This is the 2nd largest White Crappie that I ever caught, and it was such a large and mature fish that I had to release it. I hope all of you fisherman out there can appreciate this, and always practice catch and release !!!
