I was trying to catch a bigger fish than the 5 pounder I caught last year. We hiked into an inland lake and had been fishing for about two hours. I cast next to a submerged tree and BAM! I thought I had gotten my line tangled up in the tree, but when the tip twitched I knew I had a fish. The fish dove for the bottom and was getting my line tangled up in the tree. My husband had to back the boat and put my line out of danger. This was a team effort and was quite a fight to get this fish to the boat.
