I have a small creek in my front yard which is full of cutthroat trout and a few rainbow trout too.I was fishing in a nice deep hole that was also very calm with little current when my mepps spin fly when right under the over hanging grass when I saw this nice trout suck it up.( it was the first of three that day ). I love the Mepps Spin Fly in the Wooly Worm pattern because it is a great little lure to use in the small creeks and streams on and around my house. I love the Wooly Worm pattern because it mimics the natural forage of the fish and the spinner body is a great little attractor, too. All the blades and colors work great. I love this lure and you should get a few to try out too...
