Cool overcast day and decided to fish a section of the Minnow River that I have never tried before. The river was a little low and a dark tannin colour so I used a Mepps #00 Gold Aglia spinner. Did manage to catch 3 small Browns here that were all released to fight another day. They weren't big fish, but as all river fish do they put up a good fight on light tackle.
