Thunder and rain was on it's way so went to the Meander River for a spin in ideal conditions for river fishing here in Tasmania. Using a Mepps #00 Aglia Mouche Noire (red tag) I had a reasonable couple of hours spinning before the storm hit. I managed to have 11 hook ups and landing 6 browns with the biggest one going 485 gms.
Another good stint of spinning with Mepps.
