I bought the lure the day before I caught the musky. The day I got the lure I was really excited to use it so I threw a few casts with it right away. On about my tenth cast, I had a nice hit so I set the hook. I saw the fish and it was about a 30-inch musky. He jumped out of the water and threw the hook. So then the next day, I was really confident in my new Mepps Marabou. So, in the evening we were musky fishing again and I threw the Marabou out there and then I reeled it in and I did a figure-8, and, out of nowhere this 45 inch beast comes out of nowhere and smokes it and I landed him. About 99% of the lures my dad and I own are Mepps, we love them so much!
