I just had to share an incredible end of the season event news story news with you. I qualified for the Tournament of Champions World Bass Kayak Fishing Championship on November 9, 2014 at Lake Fork, TX. The day of the championship, 2 hours into the event I used several lures in my tackle box with no success until I pulled out a Mepps Dressed Aglia #3 White. To make a long story short, I placed 3rd in this World Championship event and all my large catches ranging from 17.25" to 20.75" from 4.6lbs to 8.1lbs were on a Mepps #3.
