Been testing pitching under docks, and making quick jerks to get the blade spinning. Cold water for lazy bass so wanted the lure to fall close by and look wounded, then do a slow retrieve to get a chase. Before and after a pitch, I do a slow retrieve past the dock the get them interested, then drop the lure right on them. This was my first pitch under the dock. I let it fall about 2 feet then jerked rod tip up once, then let it fall again. By the time my line was tight, I felt like I had hooked the dock. Gave a steady drag and then felt her take off. 20 second fight and she was in the boat.
