We were fishing off a reef in Lake of the Woods hoping to catch a bass or smaller northern when this monster hit. It had rained hard the prior few days and with the change in weather, this beast must have come up from the deep looking for a quick meal. We use #5 Mepps all over Lake of the Woods - it's my favorite lure.
