Last weekend my father came to visit & try pike fishing for the first time ever. The first day out on saturday we boated 7 pike, the largest of which was 33 inches long & weighed at 9lbs. He had an absolute blast, but I wanted to break the 3ft mark while he was with me. A few casts into the day Sunday & we smashed that mark with this big guy! Needless to say, he's already planning another weekend trip to visit.
