I was fishing on March 30th 2016 at a private lake I've been fishing for years. It was a relatively cold spring but the fish were on one of my favorite lures, #5 Mepps. I never got a weight on this big female, but I estimated her well over 6 pounds. Good Luck fishing. Jason
