I was in a stream I fish often. I was getting close to calling it a day when I came up to longer pool. My first cast I caught a nice brook trout, which was very exciting. No more than 3 casts later this big brown hammered my Mepps as it passed over the weedy bottom in the middle of this pool. This is the biggest inland brown I’ve ever caught, great finish to a great day.
