It's a really nice spot to fish! The Halloway Dam is flowing right into a smaller lake that goes into a river! A lot of anglers are in that specific area and all eyes are on you when someone catches a fish!! The smallmouth bass hit the Aglia Flashabou Hot Firetiger! And put up a really good fight, very strong fish! Took maybe 5-10 seconds to reel in. That was a lot of excitement in that time frame!! Couldn't be happier, and the fish was too, as I am a catch and release fisherman!! Thanks again Mepps!! I have been fishing your lures for years now!!
