Not 5 minutes into my float with my cousin Brandon, I cast my Mepps #5 by a ripple in the center of the Wisconsin River. Seconds later my line gains a lot of tension. I had a strong feeling that it was a Musky and a nice one at that. Brandon agrees and gets the net as it surfaces. All of a sudden it leaps from the water and drags my spinning rod across my other rods in the canoe like I was playing the fiddle! After working her for about 15 more seconds, Brandon got her in the net! A memory that will last forever since I got the battle on my GoPro! Thanks for the awesome lures Mepps!
