First cast of the morning I hooked up on a bus (so it felt like). Spawning salmon were moving up stream and this male (buck) chinook slammed the Aglia-e spinner. Incredible fight over 13 minutes with medium spinning rod and reel spooled with 10 lb fluorocarbon. Made my day and confirmation about Spawning Salmon will bite sometimes if offered something they can’t refuse like a Mepps!
