November is a great month to target big bowfin. Winter is close and they are feeding aggressively to put on pounds. This one rocketed fully out of the water as soon as I set the hook, shaking her head and torquing her body like some kind of crazy freshwater tarpon. Black Fury at dusk did the trick again.
